Refurbishment of Sofia de Carvalho School, located in Algés, Oeiras. It will be converted into a shelter house, a joint project promoted by the Luis Figo Foundation, EMDIIP and Oeiras City Hall.
It is a social project aiming to support socially endangered children and their families.
